Finding IT work in VN

Hi All,

I was just in VN for a visit a couple weeks ago and was Really impressed with the city. So much so, that when I came home to the U.S., I began researching the web for employment optys.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice as far as finding a job in the software industry. I'm currently a Project Manager at Microsoft, have a good amount of experience and am considered pretty marketable in the states.
Would you recommend recruiting firms to help me in my search (like we do here), or should I just show up and get a part time position teaching until I find something, or what?
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft has a presence here - I don't know the details, just remember seeing some info in the paper some time ago.
