Business in VN

Hi - I'd appreciate any help on this.
I will be running a biz supplying UK companies from my base in VN. Would it be better to register the company in the UK, have a UK bank acc, and open a rep office in VN (therefore paying tax in UK) or have a joint venture with trusted partner (which I'm able to do) and bank with ANZ.HSBC or someone like that?

Thanks, but I will be doing that, just wondered if anybody had any informal advice. Bit confusing the VN legal system! Cheers anyway though mrxxx
