Places for shopping in HCMC

I am moving to HCMC on next week and any good departmentstores for shopping? I mean some good cloths, shoes and some band names stuff? or should I do in Bangkok before leaving?

There is nothing call quality here. Not so many brands. I didn't find any of my makeup.
