Housing in HCMC / An Phu

We have just arrived in HCMC and are looking to find a villa in An Phu, especially interested in Thao Dien compound. We are looking for something with 3 beds plus office or 4 beds, garden, and if possible soemthing child-friendly (so only 2 floors). If Anyone knows of anywhere suitable, and a contact number for either owner or agwent, I'd be immensley grateful if you could please pass them on to me....
