Price of international SMS's

I am planning to move to VN next summer and I would like to know the cheapest way of keeping in touch with friends and family in the UK. I was planning on getting a mobile phone out there and using SMS messages to keep in touch. Does anyone know how much it costs to send an SMS from VN to the UK? (using a vietnamese mobile phone network) Thanks.

About 5,000 VND (0.30 USD) per SMS message for international and 500 VND for domestic using VN sim.
