Siagon Markets

I'm calling through Siagon (again) on the way through to China. I have heard the Russian Markets have closed for renovations - have they reopened somewhere else? Looking to get cheap some gear for cold weather!!!

The Russian marekt has re-opened at the same location and is called the Tax Market - but the whole look and feel is different.
The winter wear shops have re-opened at a place called Saigon Square on Le Duan, opposite the American Consulate/Diamond Plaza.
