Starting a business in Nha Trang

I'm interested in opening a pub in
nha trang and moving there but
I'm at a loss at where to start. Is
there anyone who knows or can
advise about this stuff?

just moved on to this site and wondering if you have moved to nha trang and started up the pud or was it all to hard

I suspect that opening any business is hard. Someone wanting to do so (less than 1418 days ago) would be well advised to talk to expats in HCMC and Ha Noi to see what their experiences were - it would be an additional expense, but a small and probably very worthwhile investment. Nha Trang would be a different experience, because the "players" would be different, but one could get a hint of the joys to come. There has been a big turnover in expat businesses since my first visit to Ha Noi 10 years ago. No doubt it is easier these days, I should probably say less difficult, but no doubt there are lots of potentially expensive problems in getting a successful small business going. Being married to a Vietnamese would probably take care of some of the problems unique to foreigners.
