Information required on relocation to HCM

My wife and I are considering an offer to relocated to HCM. We are Australians, and have spent the last three years in Singapore. We would appreciate if someone could guide us to a website or other resource where we can obtain information on living in HCM so we may come to an informed decision on whether this opportunity is the right one for us.
