Having a Baby in Vietnam.

Found out I am pregnant with our second and we are scheduled to move to Hanoi in August. I have a history of difficult pregancies with our first and am wary of going through this in a 3rd world country. Are there good western specialists in any of the Hanoi private hospitals? Has anyone had experience with having a baby in Vietnam? Is it better to relocated to say Singapore or HK for the last trimester just i case? Advice/experience very much appreciated.

There are foreign clinics and hospitals in Hanoi and HCMC but recommendations would be for you to spend the last trimester in either Singapore (Mount St Elizabeth's is the best) or alternatively Bangkok (Bumangrad International).
