High Speed Net Connection in HCM

Is there any cybercafe or coffee shop where I can get a fast connection to the net in HCM. I have been trying to use services in some of the 5star hotels but they are really slow most of the time. Any of the cybercafes I have been to are like molasses.

I have heard that there will soon be some sort of high speed cable available in the higher end residential buildings. Let's hope!
