Intestate/caveats UK... need representative in HK

I wish and feel that I should be informed of what will happen regarding my late Fathers estate but since his passing (January 08) neither my Mother nor Sister, whom have apparently applied for probate, have deemed it necessary to bother to contact me...

I understand that basics of intestate law and Mother can have her 125K+ but I would like to have something from his personal effects...

Any suggestions?....
