Hi there,

I'm presently developing a building technology that needs to go through the dreaded patent registration process.

Can anyone shed light on what the worst case and best case lead time is to have a design patented in Hong Kong?

When it has been lodged in Hong Kong can you start trading under "Patent Pending"?

Is there a fast track system like in the UK for an additional fee?

Would anyone like to recommend me a patent agent or attorney that they have had a good experience with?
