advice on employment visa or employment based investment visa

i am a hongkong resident and i am trying to help my friend in france to come to hongkong.

at first i planned to start my own biz and hire him so that he can get an employment visa. however, having consulted an visa consultancy and i was told the chance of getting employment visa via a newly established company is basically zero... and in fact the situation for investment based employment visa is the same. it's better to have at least 1-3 years biz record and audit reports to substantiate the case.

* first question i would like to know whether applying thru a newly established is impossible???

then i am thinking to seek my HK friend's help. he has a company that may have enuf company track record. however, afterall it's his biz privacy. not to mention that even he's become the sponsor, my french friend still need a genunie sponsor to sustain his life in hongkong. but i heard that changing sponsorship is easier than applying for a fresh application.

* second question is change of sponsorship is it bit more easier?

so now i m thinking, another practical way is to truly acquiring a biz with some track record and then hire my friend to work in that biz, say a learning centre. my friend is of real estate and banking background but the visa consultancy said it's still fine. however, the biz had better have a minimum yearly turnover of around 1M HKD. and for a company with this scale the take over price is gonna be quite high.

* question three is the financial standing of the biz required to be this high or anyone has other experience?

i m also considering acquiring a bar biz in expat area and let my friend be the bar manager.

* question four any of you out there had no bar biz background but successful come to work as a bar or restaurant manager here with visa approved?

sorry for asking so many questions but i really wanna find a RIGHT way to get my friend here...

* question five any visa consultancy you have used their service before you may like to recommend?

you need to prove that your friend has something that locals haven't....figure out what that is and then move on from there.
