Thankyou to Claire and TC for your advice. I tried to reply to you but it won't allow me.

I am living in Hong Kong and I do have Hong Kong ID card, I am sponsored by the learning centre I work for.

Sometimes there are problems with the reply. Could be the version of browser.

Anyway, this is from the Labour Dept's website:

Offences and Penalties

An employer who fails to grant statutory holidays, alternative holidays or substituted holidays, or fails to pay holiday pay to an employee is liable to prosecution and, upon conviction, to a fine of $50,000.
