The DBAV is a non-governmental, non political and non profit making organization to promote business, economic, cultural and other interest of common concern to improve the basis for sustainable growth for existing and new enterprises and to act as communication platform towards the Vietnamese governmental authorities and institutions as well as local enterprises and associations.
